The lawsuit between Zombie Boy Rick Genest and FOX/FX was recently settled. The Price? It was for a cool quarter million! Says Genest, in a statement to the Hollywood Reporter.
"For complete clarity. I am not approached by FOX to license what I consider to be the use of likeness or any copyrighted body art in American Horror Story. However, I understand that there was no intent to connect me with the character in their show and I was pleased that I have come to a resolution of the matter with FOX." I'll bet.
