Rick Genest 'Lawsuit'

The lawsuit between Zombie Boy Rick Genest and FOX/FX was recently settled. The Price? It was for a cool quarter million! Says Genest, in a statement to the Hollywood Reporter.
"For  complete clarity. I am not approached by FOX to license what I consider to be the use of likeness or any copyrighted body art in American Horror Story. However, I understand that there was no intent to connect me with the character in their show and I was pleased that I have come to a resolution of the matter with FOX." I'll bet.

P!nk - Try

As usual, P!nk has crafted an excellent Pop record geared toward Top 40/Mainstream radio success. Her approach with the vocals over the melody and production was subtle yet strong, and this entire track 'Try' is very catchy. Yes, it is a bit repetitive in the latter half but that's exactly what Pop radio is all about in 2012.
